Make your first REST API request

Get an Integration API key from the dashboard.
Set ALPHACREEK_API_KEY in your terminal with export ALPHACREEK_API_KEY='your-api-key'. Keep the key on your server and out of browser code.
Run this request to list a Microsoft filing, or select Try it and paste your key in the explorer.

Authentication

Every request requires a dashboard API key via query apikey or Authorization: Bearer. API keys require an Integration trial or paid Integration plan. Each call counts as one MCP tool call against your plan quota. For agent tools, see the MCP docs. Legacy platform SEC REST docs remain at /docs/sec-api.
